Okay so it kind of alarmed me when I began thinking about this diet. Unfortunately my cyber diet is not a diet at all. I am realizing how dependent I have become in the past couple of years on these social media tools that revolve around my daily life. I am coming to terms with this “issue” since I am currently deactivated from my favorite social media…FACEBOOK. This may seem like a minor infliction on my daily routine, that is not the case. Normally, I wake up and check my phone for any life-altering text messages or BBMs. If I have any messages I quickly respond. Next I check my Facebook ( it’s my Homepage.) Then I spend a good amount of time on it depending upon when I have class that day or how long I had been on the night before. Don’t worry in between all of this I do brush my teeth and wash my face…usually. Throughout the day I am constantly on my Blackberry, checking everything. I check my Facebook, the weather, and religiously BBM. There is probably no point in the day that I am not in contact with someone…other then when I am in class of course. So classes have ended. I go home check Facebook again (even though I have been on it all day on my phone) and spend the rest of the night on MYSJU and using my Blackberry.
Do I have a problem?
